Mission Statement

The Women's Institute for Global leadership is seeking dedicated volunteers who have an affinity for empowering women to help advance its mission to provide women around the world access to unparalleled educational and professional leadership opportunities to grow, advance, and lead globally. The Women's Institute offers programs with a global focus via a myriad of academic and non-academic leadership programs. One of the academic components of the Institute, the Master of Science of Leadership (MSL) is an unprecedented program available to women across the globe. Benedictine's MSL program focuses on helping women develop themselves into confident, skilled and highly effective leaders. The Institute features a curriculum with an overall focus on building the next generation of women leaders as each student focuses on lifting other women as they climb. This is a wonderful program for women to come together to learn, grow and network with one another. The learning outcomes are many, especially the empowerment for women to pursue higher level positions in their respective fields.

Description

We are in need of volunteers who are leaders in their respective field who can be paired with a MSL student, as mentors, to be a professional resource during the course of their academic program and beyond.
