Ping pong is a sport that everyone can play regardless of size, age, and athletic ability and sports participation increases a child's self esteem, focus, socialization skills, and goal setting ability.

Although our programs include athletes who want to compete in tournaments, our primary focus is connecting with at risk kids who want to learn to play ping pong recreationally in a fun, yet structured setting.

Through our Racket Up programs, Tables for Life coaches teach basic table tennis skills, from as simple as bouncing a ball on a racket to the same drills done by world champions. With every level they achieve, they learn how to set goals and how to become accountable to attain them. Our coaches encourage their progress, connecting over a game of ping pong, and this is the true foundation their lives can be built on.
