To stimulate public and professional awareness, share knowledge, and create change so that every Delawarean is aware of issues and choices related to end of life.

Description

D.E.O.L.C. (Delaware End of Life Coalition) educates the Delaware community about the importance of having Advance Healthcare Directive/Power of Attorney for Healthcare. D.E.O.L.C. helps healthcare professionals and
other caregivers to provide support to the dying and the bereaved and monitors end of life legislation. We provide education for special needs of veteran at end of life, offer grief education to those who have suffered the loss a child and other loved ones, and support to survivors of loved ones who have committed suicide.

Our membership includes hospices, hospitals, long term care facilities, funeral homes, and educational institutions.
