The Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma- Marin are looking for volunteer coaches in Petaluma to support their T-Ball and Coach Pitch programs for Boys and Girls in Pre-K - 1st grade. Coaches will teach game of baseball in a fun, friendly, and supportive environment! Each team practices twice per week - one weekday evening and one Saturday morning/early afternoon. Specific practice/game times and locations are determined in mid-March. Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma - Marin is looking for assistance with baseball field maintenance. The opportunity would lay initial chalk lines for 5 t-ball/coach pitch diamonds. Includes measuring, lining, and cutting grass. After initial lines are put down, re-line fields every week throughout season. Time: This opportunity is from April 1st- May 20th Preferred Skills: Landscaping experience preferred. The ability to create perfect lines and angles for fields.
