Description

On Saturday, March 10th, Celebrate Segundo Barrio as a day to give back to a community rich with tradition, history and culture!

Bring your family to the Community Fair.

Join in the Segundo Barrio 5K Walk/Run to benefit Imagine No Malaria.

Sign up to help distribute food or assist with the health fair.

Participate in the neighborhood clean-up.

Take a guided historical tour of the neighborhood or visit one of the history or museum exhibit booths.

We will check in participants for the Segundo Barrio 5K Walk/Run at the entrance to Lydia Patterson Institute. Entry donation per Walk/Run participant is a food donation. Call 915-533-8286 to pre-register or download race registration form. Entry includes a FREE T-Shirt for participants and volunteers! RACE BEGINS AT 9AM!!!!!

ADMISSION IS FREE

BUT CANNED FOOD DONATIONS ARE WELCOMED!

Music and food vendors will continue at both ends of Florence Street until 5:00pm.
