Mission Statement

The mission of Three Squares is to encourage and enable healthy eating and sustainable food systems through education and advocacy. We collaborate with community partners to research, plan, implement, and evaluate programs and policies that help make our food system more equitable and sustainable, three square meals at a time. Description

We work throughout the San Francisco Bay Area to provide nutrition education and improved access to healthy food in low-income communities. Our main program, Cooking Matters, offers free cooking and nutrition classes to adults, children and families. We are always looking for volunteer chefs, nutritionists, and food lovers.
