Our mission is to create a learning community promoting the acquisition of skills which empower students to fully participate in a complex global marketplace.

Description

Alfred I. duPont Middle School, situated in the historic San Jose area,first opened as a high school in 1940 and transitioned to a middle school in 1992. We serve students grades 6-8.

  • We are an English Language Learner Center. Countries represented at duPont Middle School: Bhutan, Thailand, Democratic Republic of Congo, Nepal, Afganistan, Burma (Myanmar), Puerto Rico, Cambodia, Cuba, Vietnam, Albania, Mexico, Syria, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, Brazil, Columbia, Iraq, Bosnia, El Salvador, Jordon, Ereitrea, Sierra Leone, Burundi, Tanzania, Venezuela, Honduras
