Mission Statement
To end the suffering of feral cats by relocating them to permanent homes; to educate the public about the suffering these animals endure and ways to prevent it; to support the efforts of other volunteer organizations with in-kind aid, labor, and educational activities; to band together with other animal welfare organizations to gain efficiencies of scale regarding fundraising and animal rescue operations. By natural law, nature is cruel to its inhabitants yet survivable for most creatures. But when you add to it the challenges imposed by civilization, you then enter a world of unbearable suffering and certain premature death. Our organization was started by volunteers with the intention to stop cruelty and suffering to homeless cats. Our coalition of feral cat caretakers are dedicated and committed to the cats we have already rescued, and we pledge to continue to rescue cats in need and to ensure they live a quality life while under our care.
