Mission Statement

Eastside Housing Association was founded in 1997 to break the cycle of homelessness for families in suburban north and east King County, by: >Increasing the supply of shelter and transitional housing to meet the growing need; and by > Identifying and solving the systemic problems which cause families and individuals to become homeless through intensive case management and sustained support.

Description

Eastside Housing Association is assisting homeless families in north and east King County by providing the essential resources of housing, counseling, childcare, and job training all on one campus: Avondale Park in Redmond. By doing so, we are able to make the most of every dollar spent while providing our families with a safe environment where they can concentrate on getting their lives back on track. More than 90% of the families Eastside Housing Association has served since 1997 are now living in safe, permanent housing.
