El Programa Hispano Católico is a social services agency that serves to empower the Latino community of Multnomah County through Support Services (such as rent and energy assistance, mental health support, tax clinics, referral services), Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention Services, and School-based Services for Youth and Families.
