TRNM allows the cat to be neutered and vaccinated promoting a healthier environment for all.
TNRMallows communities to retain the beauty and friendship of a stray cat without the sad sighting of new kittens each spring.
TNR M stops the senseless killing of these cats in tax-payer funded shelters.
TNRM reduces, if not eliminates, unwanted behaviors such as yowling and spraying.
Description
What is the Philadelphia Community Cats Council?
The PCCC is a coalition of Philadelphia animal organizations
working to humanely and effectively reduce our city's stray
and feral cat population throughTNRM - Trap-Neuter-Return-Management.
We coordinate a low cost spay and neuter clinic inside the Pennsylvania SPCA.
( For cats which need to be spayed/neutered and vaccinated, such as alley cats and yard cats)
We work with groups and individuals through out the city and can teach those who are interested in learning about TNRM.
We also can assist in loaning traps for the purpose of TNRM.
