Mission Statement

Established in 1963, the trust has shared a long history of service to the students and staff of Los Angeles High School. Now, in the 21st century, we seek to maximize the impact made on campus by effectively utilizing our resources to ensure a quality education and campus life for all Romans.

Description

Alice G. Harrison, a 1895 LAHS graduate, willed her estate to the students of Los Angeles High School. Since 1963, the Harrison Trust has been providing educational opportunities otherwise unavailable to the students and teachers, including travel experiences and scholarships. As of late, the Trust continues in this tradition along with the added responsibility of responding to the current educational crisis by taking charge of assisting various campus aspects in need of support such as Roman Athletics, the 21-time Champion Band Program, and Student Counseling, to name a few.
