ITF (International Transformation Foundation) is a universal nonprofit youth organization fashioned on principles of stimulus and inspiration for change and transformation of youth the imperative to pilot the next generation. ITF have been nurturing the youths through its distinctive projects based on self development by maximization of individual potential that are clearly revealed by ITF programs and activities. ESTABLISHMENT BACKGROUND As the partaker of the future, the world is focusing its interest in the education of youth. Since long ago, even thought youths are the most reliable intervention in our society they have became the biggest burden in the society as most of them engage themselves in activities that neither building them nor the state by being self- indulgence, self-centered, deviation, drugs...This occurred as the result of the fact of negligently left behind due both to the lack of interest towards youths and the lack of right leadership to help them to maximize their potential to the fullest. Even with comparatively conservative youths, their lethargy and confusion of values is a serious problem even today. Many youth institutions are being in force as remedy, and have obtained some results; however as their effort is only focusing on current situation, keeping youths from doing wrongful deeds or trying to keep them going down the erroneous pathway without resolving the basis of the root. ITF (International Transformation Foundation) a global nonprofit Christian faith-based youth organization that was formed by amalgamated youths from different countries, life status and religions who were deeply touched and being the victims of these problems. ITF was officially established in 2009. The organization founders have come together with one heart and developed special projects with various Programs for youths. In fact, many youths were immensely changed and transformed through these programs and demonstrated a distinctive figure in the society respectively in their service fields. ITF Projects with its various programs and activitiesare set through healthy, international cohesion and planting the superior principles of priority. PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHMENT With ITF spirit Discover, Believe and Become! International Transformation Foundation is developing and operating various youth educational programs to lead the youths of today who are self-centered and self-limited mind, to lead the future with strong heart and mind as true workers of society with honest, self-controlled, self-developed life, creative and progressive thinking realization which is true success that every life dream of. The organization’s objective is to transform and inspire youths, who are imperative to the future, into leaders of global age by maximization of their potential to the fullest. PROJECT AND ACTIVITIES ITF projects such as International fellowship, Professional Training and Humanitarian Project also known as Pendo la mzazi project with ITF Free Education Program to reach 2030 Kenyan Vision are to develop youths at fullest of their self potential through the discovery of what they posses use them and become what their dream was. ITF special program such as ITF Volunteer service is additional to the results of ITF projects, beneficiaries who are changed; transformed and united youths will strengthen their qualities and virtues to lead this World into a greater world. ITF Volunteer Service is a program to train and develop the heart of ITF Volunteers "Give what I have for their Bright Future" as they participate in various activities to serve others needs in any country, any field for the welfare of the community for global advancement, these youths to be able to do so beside of the conviction from their hearts they go through training that enables them to enter the chapter of understanding and tolerance that help them to demonstrate a distinctive affection towards their service regardless of the barrier of language, skin colors and circumstances. v International Fellowship project: Camps(ITF Global Youth Transformational Camp) are carried out in different sides of the globe with different programs aiming at stimulation of self development with international mindset and cohesion for youths from various life status, nationalities and different cultural identities for the use their potential to the fullest. v Professional Training Project: For ITF members, various subjects: theory and practical are learned for creation of new humanity in the same person. Subjects, instilling the mindset of superiority and character in service with rigorous, intensive instructions that shoves them to expand their boundaries of knowledge and gain insight of how to grow rich respectively in their fields. ITF Members experience an intellectual and spiritual growth which molds them into great leaders. The subjects to Inspire youths to use their self potential for their Bright Future are conducted such as Self- discipline, Self - control, Time management, Leadership, Success and motivation, Transformation and negotiation, Financial independence, Business success great secrets, The Value of Failure and World Of Heart... v Humanitarian Project in Kenya is known as Pendo la Mzazi (Parental affection) Project: This is ITF project uniquely conducted by ITF Volunteer Workers with motto "Give what i have for their Bright Future" is based on public charity especially for Children (orphans, street kids; other vulnerable victims of HIV) and disadvantaged youth. It is offering FREE COMPUTER TRAINING, FREE FOREIGN LANGUAGE (French, Spanish) Classesfor disadvantaged youth and FREE PRIMARY SCHOOL EDUCATION in its Partnered children orphanage (Victims of HIV) in Huruma slum Eastern Nairobi. Youth Reproductive health and environmental sustainability Campaigns. Ø Guest lecture: This program based on Motivation generally for direction and better life. Influential successful people’s experiences of various fields in the society and other highly profiled Motivational Speakers are subjected to impart their extraordinary qualities that turn individuals’ life circumstances into greatest asset to maximize their potential to live healthy sounded life. Ø ITF Global Youth Camp: is a fellowship and union of various nationalities and different cultural identities to develop a global mindset sharing profound ideas and essential experiences. ITF Global Youth Camp run for a week and it consists of programs and trainings directed at self development and heaps of entertaining episodes. As the youths (University, college and High School students, youth generally) experience various programs set through healthy and International Cohesion they discover the realm of closeness of the heart and life beyond boundaries by realizing that the youth problems basically have same characteristics though their image my differ. Through ITF Global Youth Camp, the youths who were trapped by the narrow framework of their minds are freed into becoming people of great purpose and purity. Ø Youth Festival: ITF Youth Festival a multiple cultural union of youth being surprised, challenged and delighted by ITF artists and cultural shows of various countries that soften their hearts to be opened for change instilling peace and tranquility, the change that move and brings youth together with such spirit of communal harmony leading to a greater world. Ø Debates: ITF debate is the concrete place of change and Transformation of youth through the exchange of ideas based on self development between their counterparts, attendance whether Debater or audience from different life status, levels, and countries by being up lighted and updated by Guest Lecturers and being softened wholeheartedly by great artists. Ø Youth Talent Show: ITF 'Youth Talent show’ is a multiple cultural union of ordinary youth exhibiting their extraordinary unexploited potential that lead them to personal and social development as extraordinary individuals. Ø Free Education program: ITF Free Education program encompass Foreign Languages and computer training for youth who could not attend school due to lack of tuition. And Primary school Education level for children orphans victims of HIV in Huruma Slum; Eastern Nairobi. This program is uniquely conducted and managed by ITF Volunteers giving the wings of hope for the bright and direction of the future for the learners both intellectually and spiritually. For ITF Kenya Foreign language Classes there is a FRENCH and SPANISH class for writing; speaking; and listening. These free classes are not only educating the youths mind and body but after they graduate these professional educational programs they are useful in society when finding jobs and greatly help in employment. Ø Will Santa Find Me Program? This program is a multiple activities for and of children (victims with ITF volunteers all directed to enhance bright future of hopeless children in eastern Nairobi. The "Will Santa Find me" day grants wishes for children who are orphans and vulnerable living in streets; homeless or domestic shelters In Eastern Nairobi. It is dedicated to keep hopes and dreams alive for these children by granting them their exact wishes on Christmas and it consists of programs directed at development and heaps of entertaining episodes of hopeless children. Ø Youth Reproductive Health Program: Because young people often face barriers in trying to get the information or care they need, adolescent reproductive health is important focus for our programming. This program consists of campaigns in High school institutions and general community Within the framework of World Health Organization's definition of health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity, reproductive health addresses the reproductive processes, functions and system at all stages of life. Reproductive health, therefore, implies that people are able to have a responsible, satisfying and safe sex life and that they have the capability to reproduce and the freedom to decide if, when and how often to do so. Implicit in this are the right of men and women to be informed of and to have access to safe, effective, affordable and acceptable methods of fertility regulation of their choice, and the right of access to appropriate health care services that will enable women to go safely through pregnancy and childbirth and provide couples with the best chance of having a healthy infant. This program emphasis that everyone has the right to enjoy reproductive health, which is a basis for having healthy children, intimate relationships and happy families. Reproductive health encompasses key areas of the Pendo La Mzazi Project vision - that every child is wanted; every birth is safe, every young person is free of HIV and every girl and woman is treated with dignity and respect. Ø Environmental Sustainability Campaigns: Environmental sustainability is development that meets the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Reducing poverty and achieving sustained development must be done in conjunction with a healthy planet. Environmental sustainability is part of global economic and social well-being. Unfortunately exploitation of natural resources such as forests, land, water, and fisheries-often by the powerful few-have caused alarming changes in our natural world in recent decades, often harming the most vulnerable people in the world who depend on natural resources for their livelihood. Ø Volunteer Service Program: ITF Volunteer Service is summery program consists of training programs implanting and improving leadership, sense of belonging and developing the heart of ITF Volunteers "Give what I have for their Bright Future" as they participate in various activities to serve others needs in any country, any field for the welfare of the community, these youths to be able to do so beside of the conviction from their hearts they go through training that enables them to enter the chapter of understanding and tolerance that help them to demonstrate a distinctive affection towards their service regardless of the barrier circumstances.
