InterLink bridges the gap between business and education by providing knowledge about industry trends and future high skill/high demand career opportunities in North Texas, to be used by school and college districts to prepare the regional workforce of the future.

This will prepare a quality workforce with a globally competitive advantage, which supports the region's economic development activities.

Description

Since 1987, InterLink has been working with businesses to determine the workforce needs of the future which we relay to secondary and post secondary education decision makers. They use this information to develop Career and Technical Programs in their school districts.

Students are informed of the opportunities for employment in dynamic careers which will help them to be successful in their futures, and employers will have a skilled and knowledgable workforce.
