Description

The Master Composter Recycler Program is a community education program to raise awareness about resource conservation through composting and recycling. Participants receive 20 hours of training in waste reduction, reuse, recycling and "re-buying"; hazardous waste recycling; backyard composting; vermicomposting; yard waste recycling; and public speaking.
