Mission Statement

Netcare is dedicated to helping people in crisis with prompt, compassionate, effective and respectful care and providing prompt, professional and comprehensive evaluations and assessments for the courts and community agencies. In doing these things, Netcare seeks to create a positive impact on the community, interested parties and stakeholders.

Description

Netcare Access provides twenty-four hour mental health and substance abuse crisis intervention, stabilization and assessment for Franklin County, Ohio residents. These services are provided 365 days a year for children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Referral and linkage, if necessary, is often provided to local agencies for therapeutic treatment.

  • Netcare is staffed with skilled physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers and counselors
  • Services are available to anyone; regardless of the ability to pay
  • Netcare Access is known as your connection to Franklin County’s Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) system of care
