Becoming a Morristown Medical Center volunteer is a wonderful way to make a difference. Without volunteers, we would not be able to provide the quality of care for which Morristown Medical is renowned.
Morristown Medical offers four volunteer programs:
Adult - More than 800 adult volunteers provide support services throughout our hospital, 365 days a year, to enhance the patient experience. They give more than 125,000 hours in service annually. Learn more>
Community engagement - Volunteer experiences can be tailored for community or corporate groups interested in giving back to our hospital.
High school - This year-round, seven-day-a-week program is intended for highly-motivated high school student volunteers who can commit to a weekly schedule for six months or longer. Students interested in shadow programs, please call 973-660-3528.
Professional partners - This skill-based volunteer program matches community professionals with administrative sponsors throughout non-clinical medical center departments. Professional partners can apply their talents to a broad range of projects, either at the medical center or "virtually" from home or office.
