Mission Statement

The Coalition reaches out to the poverty stricken. Uplifting the Human Spirit through the message of Christ. Freely offering the basic necessities of humanity, contributing food, clothing and shelter to those in need.

Description

Established as an Non-profit Coporation for the purposes of Charitable and Religious activities. Coalition: A group of citizens uniting behind a common goal. Includes Nursing home Outreach & Food Pantry, Clothes Closet.

North Carolina Poverty Coalition Inc. is a Tax Exempt 501(c)(3) organization. All contributions to us are deductible under section 170 of the I.R.S. code. We are qualified to receive tax deductible bequest, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code. We are classified as a Public Charity under code section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).
