Mission Statement

Critter Cavalry Rescue is focused on rescuing homeless dogs from high-kill Tennessee shelters, where many loving companions wait for a family to adopt them in vain.

Description

Critter Cavalry Rescue’s dedicated volunteers fostered and found forever homes for more than 1,500 abandoned dogs in 2011.

All of our animals are housed in volunteer foster homes, and volunteer drivers transport adopted dogs to New England in a grueling 40 hour round trip drive every week.

I have never seen any rescue organization so dedicated to finding great homes for all animals. I am priviliged to be a foster home for this group, wouldn't have it any other way.
