Description

The We All Winn Second Chance Mentoring Program serves juveniles ages 13-18 that have been released from a detention center or are on probation. These youth will be also paired with a case manager. The program components including mentoring relationships with adult role models, academic assistance, career exploration, parental engagement, and psychological counseling.
