We strive to strengthen the institutions, programs and resources available to respond most effectively to the needs of these children and families.

The Friends of the Norfolk Juvenile Court, Inc. is a voluntary action group dedicated to helping the children and families of our city who come to the attention of the Court. We strive to strengthen the institutions, programs, and resources available to respond most effectively to the needs of these children and families. We believe that concerned citizens working together with professional staff can effect significant positive change in the lives of children and families, and thereby enhance the quality of life in our community.
