The Dog Scouts of the Philippines (DSP) is a non-profit, volunteer organization committed to promote positive reinforcement dog training and responsible dog ownership. DSP is an advocate of clicker training as a way to teach dogs basic obedience and other functional skills, thus making them valuable part of the society.
