Mission Statement

HandsOn New Orleans transforms communities through volunteer service and leadership development.

Description

HandsOn New Orleans is a volunteer center. We have both one time and ongoing projects available on our online opportunity calendar.

HandsOn has 200+ Community Partners that post volunteer opportutnities on our calendar.

HandsOn has projects ranging from computer literacy tutoring to wetland restoration.

We have 3 main Service Events each year:

  • MLK Week of Service
  • HandsOn New Orleans Day
  • Make a Difference Day
