Mission Statement

DeKalb County Police Athletic League Plus (PAL) is a charitable non-profit organization, whose goal is to have a positive impact on the youth of DeKalb County and improve the quality of life for all its participants with its primary focus to "Providing a safe haven for kids to go and grow ."

In an effort to reduce juvenile crime and instill positive values, character and leadership skills, PAL Plus provides safe activities for the youth of DeKalb County.

Description

PAL Plus utilizes educational, athletic and recreational activities to create trust and understanding between police officers and youth. It is based on the conviction that young people - if they are reached early enough - can develop strong positive attitudes towards police officers in their journey through life toward the goal of maturity and good citizenship.
