Bellwether provides excellent affordable apartments that enable low-wage working people, their families and low-income seniors to live independently throughout their lives.

Description

Established in 1980, Bellwether is an affordable housing nonprofit organization committed to creating thriving, economically diverse communities. Our apartment buildings are near public transit, jobs, grocery stores, schools, parks and services. This results in triple bottom line benefits:

  • Economic: job stability and discretionary income for more people.
  • Social: families and communities thrive and can afford more than rent.
  • Environmental: less driving, less congestion, less pollution.
