Neglia Ballet Artists is dedicated to enriching the region's cultural environment by building appreciation and support for the art of ballet. We are committed to preserving the artistry, technique and tradition of ballet through high quality performances and superior instruction.

Description

Neglia Ballet Artists is a not-for-profit arts organization based in Buffalo, NY. Specializing in the art and instruction of ballet the company is composed of two parts: a dance education institution, the Neglia Conservatory of Ballet and Neglia Ballet, a professional performance company. The conservatory offers dance instruction to over 100 students many of which receive tuition assistance from Neglia Ballet Artists. Through CityDance, a program of the conservatory, opportunities are offered to inner city public school students including in school dance classes, conservatory tuition and group admission to Neglia Ballet performances. Neglia Ballet produces four professional shows each year. Two of which are collaborations with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra at Shea's Performing Arts Center.
