The mission of OUTREACH is to connect individuals in the Bay Area with the services that need to maintain or improve their independence and dignity. We do this with a holistic approach, applying technology and partnerships to achieve the highest benefits for our clients and our community.

Description

OUREACH Program description Paratransit offers door-to-door accessible service to people whose disabilities prevent the use of public transportation. The Guaranteed Ride Program supports CalWORKs and low-income individuals by providing transportation for work or training related activities. Give Kids a LIFT provides free, after school transportation for CalWORKs and low-income children from school to after-school activities. Senior OUTREACH gives hand-on assistance to frail elderly who need help with their social security and Medicare. Money Management services are provided to persons unable to manage their finances due to their disability.
