Mission Statement

Street Tails Animal Rescue (STAR) is dedicated to helping the homeless, unwanted and abandoned dogs and cats in the Philadelphia area.

Description

STAR prides itself on taking in homeless animals that are often "overlooked" by other rescues, usually because of their extensive need for medical attention. Where others see these animals as "unadoptable" or "not worth the effort," we see the animals that need us the most.
