Mission Statement

To provide a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment where adults with mental illness may find hope and encouragement to take responsibility for their recovery through self-help, peer support, socialization, spiritual growth, and education.

Description

Self Help Center is celebrating its 20th year of providing on-going adult peer-facilitated support groups, educational groups, and educational classes.

Guest speakers include local medical and mental health professionals, benefits specialists, and disability program specialists.

Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Additionally, Angel's Place, our food and personal care pantry is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
