Concert To Remember
An invitation to the greater community to remember those we have lost through tragedy. These concerts support families in moving through the emotions of grief and loss through the positive channels of music, dance, poetry and art. Drawing from local youth talent, we provide opportunities for teens to share their message through the arts thereby STOMPING OUT the growing trend of suppressing emotions following loss.
Our goal is to empower our youth to be the change from the inside out. We are committed to helping them access positive channels for expression instead of the many ways we see our children implode on themselves emotionally (through drugs, alcohol, checking out through excessive video gaming, etc.) or explode their emotions (through bullying, road rage, cutting, speeding, and the ultimate act of suicide whether intentionally or accidentally).
Ben Speaks works to positively impact the minds and hearts of our young people to think, speak, feel and act on behalf of oneself from a place of self respect and consideration of others. Through these initiatives and better community integration, we believe we can truly change the climate of our culture to be a more mutually beneficial experience for all.
