Description

The OTTER Program was created in 2004 and has been expanded to include both virtual and face-to-face modalities. By reading aloud and engaging young children in literacy activities, OTTER volunteers help children develop vocabulary, increase reading comprehension, and develop a lifelong love for reading. OTTER volunteers include Foster Grandparents, RSVP, and community volunteers ages 16 and older. To learn more, visit: https://volunteersforcommunityimpact.org/vci-program/otter-program/
