The Endangered Wolf Center is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of wolves and other wild canids through captive breeding, education, and research.

Description

Founded in 1971 by Dr. Marlin Perkins, his wife Carol and a group of individuals who were concerned about the plight of the wolf. The Center is located on 63 isolated acres with the Washington University's Tyson Research Center. The Center has been pivotal in preserving several endangered species of wolves and enabling them to return to the wild.
