Description

The Humane League of Lancaster County is an independent, non-profit organization that is recognized as the area's leader in animal welfare. We are a no kill shelter serving all of Lancaster County. Our dedicated staff, volunteers, and community partners provide compassion and care to thousands of animals each year through a variety of services. Thanks to these collaborative efforts the Humane League is able to provide personalized shelter enrichment programs for the animals in our care, resources for pets and their families to remain together, low-cost spay/neuter clinics for feral cats & owned animals, low-cost vet services to pet owners, a unique foster care program, and outreach and education efforts that empower the community to become involved in saving lives. We value our volunteers, members, and supporters as important contributors to the work that we do - helping animals in need.
