The Business Outreach Center's mission is to improve the economic prospects of tradiitonally disadvantaged groups and thereby create genuinely brighter futures. This mission is based on the belief that, whatever their differences, people and communities share a common goal: economic stability and growth. The BOC Network is the foundation that furthers this goal, bringing local small business owners and prospective entrepreneurs together around shared needs and interests, providing on-going guidance and linkages to the mainstream economy.
