to find safe, stable and permanent homes for "special needs" children- siblings, 8 years or older, Afro- Ameican and biracial, and handicapped.

Description

We are a small agency with a large passion for children who are victims of their parents' or guardians' gross abuse or neglect. We work for permanency, either back with parents who have "got their act together" or adults who want to adopt.
