Mission Statement

The Yadkin River Trail Association (YRTA) is a private, nonprofit corporation chartered in March 1984 to promote policies, programs and projects which contribute to the stewardship of the Yadkin River and the Trail Access System.

Description

YRTA is a combined group of municipal, private, public, grassroots and state organizations that are dedicated to the preservation of the Yadkin River environment and keeping public access to the river open to provide recreational opportunities for the general public.
