Our mission is to provide the best and the most effective health education services possible to pregnant women, children, youths and adults. We believe in health education as a mean of empowering people so they may make informed decisions about their health.

Description

Healthy Start for Families, Inc. is incorporated as a 501(C) (3) not-for-profit corporation. Its charitable and educational purpose is to provide educational, informational, and support services to families in New York City. Its primary activity is to provide prenatal and postpartum programs and services. We try to improve the practices and behaviors of pregnant women and prepare expectant parents for childbirth. We also educate community members about other health-related issues.
