Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide a place in the community where students and their families could get one-on-one FREE college counseling after school hours by a bilingual staff. We exist to create equity and provide access to college admissions information so that post-secondary educational opportunities are pursued by students who may otherwise not consider college a viable option.

Volunteering/interning here as a College Advisor was instrumental in my landing a job as an Academic Advisor for the Boys and Girls Club College Bound program within only 3 months time. Fred and Habib are amazingly helpful, friendly, and supportive with whatever you need (including as professional job references). Wonderful place to volunteer where everyone feels like part of a family. Don't hesitate to reach out!

I have had a wonderful experience so far volunteering for Advance! Onto College. The staff here are very professional and make the volunteers feel welcome/appreciated. I highly recommend volunteering for cash for college workshops as we have helped over 300+ students with their FAFSA or Dream Act Applications this year alone. The office has many amenities to offer and is located in a good location, not too far from Sonora and La Habra HS. Hours really suit me well in the evenings and I'm glad I can work with some wonderful people in the organization.
