Mission Statement
The purpose of Community Access Television is to provide all local residents and locally-based nonprofit organizations access to the most powerful means of communication in our culture. Recognizing that freedom of speech is vital to a democratic society, the goal is to create an ideologically neutral forum for the area's democratic society. Community Access Television seeks not only to enhance communication, education and entertainment through television, but to demystify the medium so that citizens become active television users rather than merely passive consumers.
