Who we Are- AIDS Response-Seacoast (ARS) is a non-profit, community-based HIV/AIDS Service organization dedicated to providing education, direct assistance and advocacy for persons and communities affected by HIV/AIDS. We provide direct service to clients at all stages of HIV infection who live in Rockingham, Strafford, and southern York counties and educational programs throughout New England. ARS evolved as a grassroots response to the epidemic in 1987 to offer vital emotional and practical support to people living with HIV infection and AIDS.
