Founded in 1998, Art Sphere Inc. (ASI) is a Philadelphia-based non-profit, established to teach the arts to youth living in underserved, low-income and inner-city communities. Our mission is to engage the creative in communities, empower neighborhoods to explore the positives in peoples' lives, and heal the mind, body and spirit through the arts. Art Sphere Inc. nurtures the artist in all of us to be able to think beyond what is possible in our own lives and work collectively in a community that values diverse perspectives, knowledge and experience so we can share the best each of us has to offer. Inspire youth to become small business owners by sharing your own experiences and expertise! Art Sphere Inc. is looking for LGBT and Black artists, writers, teachers and entrepreneurs to work on an upcoming project: " Entrepreneur Skills through Art". ASI provides tools and knowledge youth need to spark their creativity, develop their ability to properly communicate, and build the confidence they need to achieve success through art projects. ASI Volunteers will assist in designing curriculum and web pages and in creating teaching videos and handouts for students. Founded in 1998, Art Sphere Inc.
