Description

Heroes of Animals Foundation (HOA) is a non-profit, tax-exempt rescue organization. HOA saves dogs and cats that would normally be killed, gets them spayed and neutered, then tries to find them wonderful homes. HOA also helps low income people pay for spaying and neutering their pets.
