Mission Statement

The Health Assistance Partnership (HAP) has been established to address the needs of the nation's consumer health assistance programs. These programs serve Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries, privately insured consumers, and the uninsured.

Description

HAP aims to build a collaborative network of consumer health assistance programs; Provide services that will strengthen consumer health assistance programs; Develop data that allow diverse stakeholders to learn about problems faced by health care consumers; and Work towards universal consumer access to consumer health assistance programs.
