Mission Statement

A merica Care Development Organization is a non-profit, non-political public benefit organization incorporated in the State of California in the United States of America. We are determined by the United States Treasury Department as a non taxable entity under section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code as organization described in section 501(c) 3. We are publicly supported organization.

The mission is to provide services to, and promote the well being of mankind and collectively seeking opportunities for co-ordination of efforts to promote the welfare of the rural and urban communities in the fight against thirst, hunger illiteracy, poverty, hopelessness and AIDS/HIV., prevention and counseling.


The organization program activities are agriculture, Education, Health, Micro-enterprises and Art/culture. We fight human deadliest enemy, thirst, hunger illiteracy, poverty, health problems and hopelessness These services are provided both domestic and internationally.
Overseas activities:
Agriculture : Solar farming, fishing seed, herbs and plant plantation, and irrigation , Education : food for education program. post secondary edu. for boys / girls. tele-center for research studies. Health: Health promotion and Tele-communication center.: e-health, mobile, laboratory and diagnostic. AIDS/HIV awareness center. Micro-enterprise : Asset for independence strategies and tools, business enterprise workshops Art. Music & Culture art as a creative industries. America Care is moving forward to unleash the positive image and potential of cultural industries

Domestic Program
Health & Human Care: Services:
Alcohol & Drug or other substance abuse, treatment and counseling for Veterans or other vulnerable population: Residential & supportive housing, Group Homes, AIDS/HIV prevention Education. Workforce, Youth build, Micro-enterprise strategies and Art music and culture development have linkages with the international activities. We are moving forward to unleash the positive image of creative industries. C reative industries have now become the main vehicle by which communities express and export their creativity. The cultural industries continue to grow steadily apace, producing a range of products from music and design to arts, crafts and multimedia publishing, audiovisual technology, electronics and video games. These industries are recognized as a driving force in the world economy and hold great potential for struggling communities
Food for education program to reduce hunger and improve literacy and primary education, especially for boys/girls by providing school meals, teacher training.

The FFE projects will help to boost school enrollment and academic performance and also provide nutrition programs for pregnant women, nursing mothers, infants, and preschool youngsters to sustain and improve the health and learning capacity of children before they enter school.
Participation and support of local farmers to grow and cultivate essential food commodities of African cash crops such as yam, palm tree, cassava, sesame seed, cocoa yam, sunflower, cocoa, herbs & roots, banana, bitter leaf, lemon grass, melon, red and green pepper, millet pineapple, mango, peanut, potato, fruits for food. Growing medicinal herbs and plants for an exchange of medicines with pharmaceutical research firms. (Location: Ogbaru local communities Nigeria)
