Vermontâ??s White River Partnership began in 1995 as a group of local citizens interested in preserving the quality of life in Vermontâ??s White River watershed. A grass-roots organization, the Partnership promotes the cultural, economic, and environmental health of the watershed through active citizen participation. The Partnership is committed to developing a diverse membership to assure a balanced approach to addressing the challenges facing the watershed, incorporating the best of traditional thinking and practice with current research and technology.
