Description

We are an online discussion forum, open to all patients and their family and friends, and all good people that wish to learn and share information about health issues and health advocacy. Our current focus is two-fold: (1) providing practical info on hepatitis c, HIV/AIDS, and coinfection, and (2) promoting health advocacy on the individual level, by encouraging the development of more cooperative patient-physician relationships, and by encouraging good citizenship activities, such as sending emails to the FDA and other government contacts, regarding health issues. Although we are intelligent and motivated laypeople, we are not medical professionals. We encourage our visitors to seek professional medical advice, before beginning or changing any treatment regimen.
