The Guardian Foundation INC. is a 501(c)(3), non profit organizatio offering long term health care, assisted living services, and continuing care for the developmentally disabled, through affiliated companies. It is the mission of The Guardian Foundation, INC. to provide high quality health care services on the most cost effective basis for our residents and a stimulationg, empowering work placefor our employees.

Description

We pledge to: Deliver high quality nursing, assisted living, rehabilitative and psychosocial care to enable each resident to live and function at his/her highest ability. Provide safe, clean and well maintained facilities. Treat all residents with dignity and respect. Promote the genreal well being of residents, staff and the community through comprehensive, high quality health care services. Maintain a strong quality improvement program involving all staff and management personnel through continuing education and advanced skills workshops. Provide positive and supportive working conditions for employees. Ensure finacial stability for the facilities while maintaining the most cost effective operations.
