Mission Statement

The mission of the Downtown San Mateo Association is to enhance our position as the premier downtown in San Mateo County.

Description

The Downtown San Mateo Association (DSMA), established in 1956, is a coalition of San Mateo businesses, professionals and property owners, working together to promote and improve business and civic activity downtown. The DSMA sponsors special events, provides cooperative marketing support for members, acts as a member's advocate to the City Council and contributes to aesthetic and environmental enhancements throughout the downtown area.
