Mission Statement

As a Pop Warner program, the Cross Town Cowboys football and cheerleading organization was founded in 1998. Our mission is to develop youth potential through mentoring and providing organized sports as a mechanism to combat negative pressures associated with a disadvantaged community. In fulfilling this mission, we need your assistance!

Description

We will address the issues that are negatively impacting our youth in an integrated, comprehensive manner. Our program will respond to reduce risk factors and increase protective factors to empower youth in the South Dallas Community through the provision of outreach services, sporting events, and alternative activities. The program will address the array of problems using the mindset to include youth as active participants in developing and maintaining healthy, productive lifestyles. All of our services are offered at no cost to participants.
