Description

Hospice is a philosophy and program of care for persons in the advanced stages of any illness. The Community Hospice serves patients and their families in the Capital Region of New York State, including Albany, Amsterdam, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Washington and Schenectady Counties.
